Xinyue Hotel

I think choosing this place in Qingcheng Mountain was a great decision. The hotel has a fantastic design with a chic, almost Japanese-inspired vibe, especially the second floor. Parking is very convenient, and the Chinese restaurant for dinner was quite good, with enthusiastic waiters and bellhops. They even offered complimentary glutinous rice balls. The room came with free drinks, and although there were slightly fewer hot spring pools open, overall it was excellent. Breakfast was also very pleasant with a good variety of options, and eating it in the courtyard was lovely. They even gave us a souvenir and coffee. All in all, a good experience. The only minor drawbacks were that the Japanese-style room had somewhat high ceilings, the air conditioning wasn't very strong, and the power switch design wasn't ideal. It was also a bit inconvenient needing a staff member to help with luggage upstairs. Overall, I recommend it.

Environment: We booked a triple room on the ground floor, and both the indoor and outdoor environments were great. The outdoor air was fresh, and the indoor air conditioning was powerful and cool. The hotel has parking spaces. Service: There's a shuttle cart available, but the lobby isn't far from the rooms, so it's also walkable. If you head left from the hotel, there are places to eat, like the famous Zhang Laozhao (Qingcheng Daoxiang). The entire hotel is quiet, making it perfect for a vacation.

Overall, a great experience. There are many play areas for children, both indoors and outdoors. Plus, there's a petting zoo where even dogs can have a blast. The whole place is beautifully landscaped, with a new view at every turn. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

This is my second time staying at Xinyue. Chengdu is too hot, and Xinyue is a great escape from the summer heat. Plus, it's pet-friendly! The breakfast was delicious too. The coffee machine can make many different kinds of coffee ☕️. Excellent value for money!

After a day of exploring, a dip in the hot spring was incredibly therapeutic. The bed was super comfortable, dry and fluffy, which was a huge plus, especially since Qingcheng Mountain can be quite humid. The service was excellent; our butler was always on standby, and buggy rides and room service were available whenever we needed them. It's a truly therapeutic and cozy hotel. I recommend visiting during off-peak times.

It's quite close to Neusoft Institute, and buying food is very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying here.

The surroundings are elegant and pleasant, the hotel's hygiene and service are excellent, and the front desk staff are very patient. Traveling with family, the breakfast was rich and varied. We also enjoyed the hot spring, which washed away all the day's fatigue! When we left, the kids even said they wanted to stay a few more days!
