服務態度挺好的，去説給我們升級成獨棟別墅的房間，温泉池剛去的時候沒有水，池底周邊挺乾淨的.晚上6點到11點供應温泉，建議7點後或者8點左右去泡温泉水温不會太燙。我們在酒店定的菌湯雞肉鍋，3人餐，我們3個大人，2個小朋友，沒有吃完，份量足。下午茶的蛋卷不錯，水果新鮮，早餐品種也挺多的

衞生情況比網上評價的好，整體感覺比較好。前台服務很周到，早餐也還好，能夠滿足吃飽喝足。餐廳菜品價格同比算合適的，就餐環境也衞生乾淨。總體感覺同價位酒店裡算性價比高的了。

手包明明遺失在房間，退房幾小時後就再沒了蹤影，電話反覆追問，酒店方衹一口咬定自己的人員不會私吞…這樣的服務和管理水平實在讓人失望、無語！大家小心為好！

衹能説這個酒店地理位置可以，其他真的差評，服務人員都看不到幾個，房間也沒有人引導，繞了幾圈才找到，房間和照片真的是兩碼事，一進門就是難聞的黴菌味，洗手間一放水洗澡就滿地都是水，泡温泉的就兩個小池子，水温很低，又下雨娃兒沒感冒都是萬幸。早餐不到9點去吃的，種類少就算了，很多都沒有了，家裡長者和娃娃去放飲品的時候還跑出一條蟑螂，早餐也吃的憋屈。唉，這錢花了也覺得很不值。

酒店太老舊了，不管是外觀還是內部設施，實在是太舊了，普通農家樂檔次吧。房間衞生也很差，進門就看見一衹蟑螂，其他邊邊角角也是灰塵。除了進門有幾個服務員，辦了入住後送一盒歡迎水果，其他整個酒店區域未見到任何一個服務人員和保潔阿姨。酒店位置屬於半山腰，周邊也沒什麼超市和吃飯的地方。住了這麼多次酒店，這次屬於很差的體驗，400多的價格實在不值
