Fairfield Inn & Suites Duluth Waterfront

My kiddos were very disappointed that they were unable to use the pool in the morning. They woke up extra early in anticipation of jumping right in the pool only to find out it was being cleaned and treated when it was suppose to be open. We asked the front desk and were informed it wouldn't be available until well after our check out time. It was a big deal for us as the pool is always the number one highlight for our kids and we didn't get to utilize it the night before. We had a nice stay otherwise. Very comfortable beds. Kind and helpful staff.

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was a step above the usual hotel free breakfast. Clean modern hotel, staff was great.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not replenished often. Some days options were limited despite being early. The pool area was also much smaller than expected. Despite this the hotel had a great view and was pretty amazing. Would definitely recommend to others!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The room and the common areas were clean and welcoming. Parking was handy. Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at this facility, and we will definitely stay here again when in Duluth. The only negative observation I will make is that the breakfast was the weakest aspect of our stay. The hot items were barely warm. Staff did not seem to be present to answer questions or assure that hot items remained hot.

The best continental breakfast we've had at a hotel. Very clean and accommodating. A hottub would be nice or the pool warmer, but very clean.

Good location, clean amenities, pool was permanently closed, apparently has a hole in the foundation.

Great stay. Nice breakfast choices, clean room, pleasant staff. No pool open. Parking lot needs a few pot holes filled.

Pulled back covers to go to Bed had a hair ball on sheets, toilet would run for a very long time to fill up 20 min was one time we timed it. Floor was not clean socks would pick up lint hair ect. Staff was friendly enjoyed coffee tea, hot chocolate that was offered all day
