Tru by Hilton Duluth Mall Area

Updated building with plenty of parking. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Quality bathroom amenities.

Visually the hotel looked clean. With sufficient towels and well stocked bathroom amenities. The only complaint was one of the pillows on my bed smelled of body oils. It made me assume the pillows are not washed regularly.

Parking lot snow removal could be better. Once we found a parking spot, we backed into and parked onto a snow bank. Either have a vendor that can properly remove the snow or add more parking spaces. We avoid using public WIFI, our mobile service was terrible in our rooms. We could only receive internet service once we left the building.

Room was clean and really nice! Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good they typically had eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, bread/bagels. Pool was nice. Gym had everything you need

Hair from previous stayers was left in the shower and clumps of hair in the clean towels. Sheets unfortunately smelled like B.O. as well. Not sure how well our room was cleaned prior to our arrival. Additionally, very difficult to park at night with limited parking available because of the way snow was plowed into a fair amount of the available slots.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and we dealt with several of them. It was a crowded weekend with a lot of teens and that did not dampen their mood!

Couldn't get a TV remote after asking for one. Not a big deal, but when staying in a hotel room, it's nice to have TV.

The staff was welcoming and so nice! The rooms very clean. Grandkids had great time swimming and playing pool!

Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. 1 of 3 front desk operators were nice the rest were rude when asking for information.
