"Newly Build, Really Quiet environment which is a Plus to Me. The Room is a bit if a Rustic kind of theme yet very comfortable. Hot and Cold Shower are Functional. The only problem is very Small Parking Area for Guest who has 4 wheels making it difficult to manuever. I did however talk to their staff about this issue and good enough that they listen and I was very happy with their response. Overall, Very comfy place 0% Noise and will recommend to my friends if they will visit Dumaguete City."

"We have always enjoyed our stays at Bricks Hotel thanks to its perfect location, friendly and attentive staff, and excellent European pastries for a light breakfast. Having stayed here several times in 2023, we decided to return for our vacation this year. However, we experienced some frustrating communication regarding room pricing and child policies. Last week, we booked a Superior Queen Room, but upon checkout, I was charged an extra fee for my 11-year-old daughter. Assuming I made a mistake, I booked directly at the front desk yesterday for 3 people in a Deluxe Room, expecting a larger space and no surprises. I was shocked to be charged ₱6,200 for one night due to an "extra person" fee for my daughter. I asked the receptionist why i have to pay exra while i booked specially in front desk for 3 person. She said, all room price online and in desk is good for 2 only. I feel that quoting a base rate for 2 people while knowing 3 people are standing in front of them—and then tacking on a surprise fee at checkout or later—is poor customer service. It would be very helpful if the hotel made its extra-person policies clearer—especially since booking platforms like Agoda state that kids stay for free. Overall, it is still a great, well-equipped hotel, but clearer pricing up front would make for a much better guest experience."

"the room was clean and well maintained. The guards were helpful and the staff were friendly and quick to attend to our requests such as providing a clothing iron. There was no hair dryer in the room by default but I believe one can still be requested. The best part is the location and it is very convenient to go around downtown and there is a 7/11 just below the hotel. Photos are accurate"

"I chose the hotel because it will accommodate a family of 4 and you can add an extra folding bed. The receptionist was very friendly, cheerful, helpful and very accommodating. The room was big with 2 queen size beds. Yummy free breakfast. Lots of variety to choose from. Negative : You walk up the stairs. It’s a bit much if you are carrying a suitcase. But noisy at night , you can hear the noise of the cars. Highly recommended in Dumaguete."
