Holiday Inn Express & Suites DUMAS by IHG

I was looking for a spot in Dumas with good trailer parking (I had a 15' U-haul with a toy hauler trailer), and this place was great for that. There's a huge gravel parking area just to the south of the hotel with plenty of room to circle around, and it was well lit. The hotel itself was very good too, it seemed new or recently renovated as everything was still very shiny. The room was very quiet as well, but I'm not sure if I had any neighbors. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was the pretty good, typical hotel breakfast but I'd say this one was cleaner and better selection that "typical".

The AC was very noisy, hard to sleep with the noise. Room was clean. Good beds/pillows. Good breakfast.

The cinnamon rolls were excellent way exceeded expectation clean room overall nice stay

I usually like Holiday Inn but this one was something. They gave me a room on second floor the front lights of the hotel where always on during night and I could not sleep even with blinds closed. Second Issue they let the PiG tracks park next to the window and the smell was unbelievable I could not get a good night sleep it was a nightmare. Third Issue I had to check out one day early. This people lied to ******* and sad I did not check out which was not their I left one day early At 5:30am to Vermon TX . This people check charged me $80 for room which I did not use . I don’t recommend Holiday and would not stay in it never again. They lost me as customer.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and room were clean & comfortable. Good breakfast options! Nice pool. The parking entrance was a bit rough.

Conveniently located outside of town; no noise issues; good breakfast options; friendly staff; nice smell; it was like being at home.
