Super comfy beds and people were helpful and friendly. Check in was super easy after a long day of work and travel

Hotel needs some TLC. We’ve stayed there many times over the years and were disappointed by the lack of quality maintenance. Icky, half-assed fixes show how little is invested in this property. Day manager and breakfast food were fine. Evening clerk has a friend in a broken down car sitting at the front door for hours. Kind of off putting but she was a good clerk.

Helpful staff. Very clean and spacious room. Good air conditioning. Happy Hour in the dining room. Breakfast with lots to choose from.

Door dead bolt did not work. Table was very wobbly. Air conditioner sounded like it was going to fly apart.

Things broken in room like the fridge etc called for early check in but that didnt happen kinda a disappointment for paying so much

It was priced well and had clean rooms. The amenities were nice. The only issue I would say is the outside lights lit up the room even though the blackout curtains were drawn. It made it hard to sleep.

Comfortable bed, clean room. The rest of the property was pretty dirty and messy though. Not a great location.

Very noisy all night. Did not get much sleep. After I left I found that the staff overcharged by at least $25.

Everything was spotless and the small but important upgrades of the soap and body lotion dispensers was noticed and very much appreciated!
