The Landmark Hotel & SPA Leisure Club Dundee By Sunday

I had a very pleasant stay at The Landmark Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The lighting was excellent, creating a comfortable atmosphere for both working and unwinding. The coffee was served hot and was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the spacious eating area, which was clean, comfortable, and never felt crowded. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The carpets were not cleaned properly and could see some stains on it. Same with the headboard of the bed. All the furniture and carpets are extremely worn out. There were mould on the bath tub which prevents me from using it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel looked more data than the pictures shown. Rooms are not very soundproof as we could almost hear what was said in the other room.

Just sensational. Every aspect from staff to the room and the food was perfect. Highly recommend!

I have stayed many times at the Landmark and have always enjoyed the whole experience. Unfortunately this time the kettle in the room was faulty it did not work,then after about 10 minutes started to boil and did not cut off. I reported this to reception. I pulled back the duvet cover and there were blood stains on the cover phoned reception and asked for another room as l felt the bathroom floor was also dirty. I was given another room (the receptionist took photos of blood) she could not get the tv to go off and said there must be an electrical problem! There were also small pieces of toilet paper on the floor was told that she would speak to housekeeping. I went out for a few hours and when l returned l realised the heating was not on it was freezing 2 degrees outside. The heater was not working l was too tired to complain and be moved again so l folded the quite thin duvet in half to cover myself to keep warm. There was a lot of noise late on that night children running about,and in the morning about 5.30 am they were running from one end of the corridor to another room and back and screaming. I was too cold to go for a swim as the room still had no heating. There was a lack of staff and experience. I would hate to think what would happen in an emergency and think that they need to seriously think about the safety of their hotel guests and employees .

Nice hotel although breakfast room was freezing so decided to eat breakfast out.

The internet had been down for over a week when we arrived. Also the payment for parking your car totally disagree with this extra charge. Hotel is very tired in many places and I personally will be giving it a miss as I’m sure there is places elsewhere. The staff where very attentive in most aspects.
