The hotel is lovely! The building is beautiful, and the staff make the experience just amazing! The location is strategic in Dundee, walkable for everything… Recommend always

It is modern and very clean suite-style rooms with full kitchenettes that guests love for comfort and convenience. Staff are warm and helpful, and the hotel includes free breakfast, a gym, laundry facilities and a small pantry. Its location is a comfortable 10–15 minute walk to Dundee city centre and the V&A waterfront. The main downsides mentioned are limited paid parking and occasional breakfast items running low during busy periods, but overall it’s considered excellent value and ideal for both short and extended stays.

It was a great place to stay. Parking however is a bit much being £15 a night, however, the carpark nearby wasn't bad at all. The room was great, I just wished I were able to stay longer.

Nice place, creaky floorboards in the corridor, but it's full of character and charm, being set in an old mill

Very well appointed room, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming . Room was very warm but housekeeping quickly provided a fan to help reduce the temperature . Car parking limited but council car park available in close proximity at East Port Car Park if spaces not available. Breakfast provided a a good range of continental and cooked options .
