The room is clean. Check in is smooth. It is a hotel that you can only reach by car. No fridge provided.

Fantastic stay. Everyone was very friendly and nothing was to much trouble . This is one of the best Premier Inn we have stayed at . The room was exceptionally clean and had extra water and coffee pods when we asked . Just one thing that has nothing to do with the staff . It would be nice to have a wardrobe in the room . 6 hangers aren't really enough if your staying more than 2 night

As a frequent business traveller I have to use the WIFI......dont even bother!....I wish Premier inn would sort this issue out in today's modern world. You shouldn't have to pay. And if you do its still awful

We attended a wedding at the landmark hotel and decided to stay nearby and so glad we did. Kenny, who we dealt with at the Dundee west premiere inn was brilliant and very attentive. He was brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. The room was so comfortable and clean. Throughly enjoyed our stay

Good stay as per usual however got their to find the restaurant was closed (not ideal when on business ) and no email or form of communication to say it was closed had to go down to another premier inn restaurant 30 mins away to get food ( meal allowance) other than that staff are respectful and happy to help with any needs

Book hotel take the money and then 10mins later send email saying unfortunately no food and drinks now being served.. Hotel receptionist just laughed it off no apology whatsoever.

Lovely clean room. Really nice staff. Beefeater breakfast was really good (I was a bit wary due to all the bad reviews).

Usual Premier Inn room, clean and good quality. This hotel is on the ring road so ideal for touring the area without having to drive in the town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception and the Beefeater, couldn’t fault the food at breakfast and dinner.
