One bedroom room was good with a comfortable bed, hot plates, washing machine and dryer,and lounge. Police station next door but no noise issues.Woolies and New World 100m away. Walking distance (5minures) to mall. Lots of restaurants around or drive to uni area.

The check in was painful, we called them multiple times for just check-in as the reception was closed earlier than what was showed on Trip.com.

Front desk staff was friendly, but they closed at 4 PM and that made it a little difficult. The rooms are cleaned, but the bathrooms could use a little more Cleaning. 

The room, bathroom, and living room are separated from the bedroom, giving it a very homey feel. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for travelers who have been traveling for many days! It saves on laundry fees, which is super cost-effective! There's also a sofa – you can relax in the living room when you come back from outside without having to sit on the bed with dirty bedding!

The hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but there's a kitchen for cooking. The location is very convenient, close to the city center, so you can get around even without a car. There are two supermarkets nearby, and all the attractions are within walking distance.

The shower head is fixed and cannot be removed, and its position is quite high, which isn't very child-friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful. We had two children with us, one only 2 years old, and our check-out and parking time were a bit delayed, but they were very understanding and accommodating.

Before checking in, I didn't understand why the rating was so low, but I found out after checking in. The front desk closes at 4 PM on a weekend, and we arrived at 5 PM. There was a sign on the door saying that after verifying our information via video call, they would open the door and let us retrieve our room key. However, it took half an hour for someone to answer. During this time, we tried calling the hotel's phone, but no one answered. Ctrip customer service also tried to contact them, but they couldn't reach us either. I stood at the hotel entrance with my child and luggage for half an hour, not knowing what to do! The worst part is that when I reported this to the front desk staff at checkout the next day, they didn't even apologize; they acted as if it were nothing! The room didn't have air conditioning or a fan, so it was a bit hot, and outside the window were other people's ugly rooftops.

There are red and green supermarkets next to the hotel, and it's within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are quite spacious, and the kitchenware is suitable for making simple meals. The showers are very comfortable.

It's strange that this hotel apartment only has a 3.8 score on Ctrip. After checking in, I found that the apartment is not bad. The room has a small kitchen with simple kitchenware to cook some food. The location is super good. It is diagonally opposite the train station and a 5-minute walk to the First Church, Octagon Square and other downtown areas. There is a large supermarket Woolworth just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. Analysis shows that the reason for dissatisfaction should be inaccurate hotel data. The platform shows that there are only two room types, one 40 square meters and one 55 square meters. After moving in, I found that rooms like 103 and 104 are not 40 square meters at all, and are only about 28 square meters at most. The adjacent living room is not open. If you book a two-bedroom room, such as 204+205, you can share a living room. The platform data is wrong and misleads consumers to check in. No wonder the guests are dissatisfied and give bad reviews.

5. Every day when they come to clean the room, the staff need to play loud music, and it becomes a disco scene. I took a nap in the room from 1 to 3 pm, and the noise was really unbearable.
