房間非常古舊，洗手池是一個熱水龍頭一個冷水龍頭的設計，結果冷水那邊壞了，衹能出很燙的熱水，而淋浴間的花灑是固定在牆上的設計，根本沒法好好給娃洗屁屁，最後衹能找個鍋來接涼水兑熱水。優點在於院子的遊樂場和距離奧塔哥大學很近，但因為下雨無福消受，建議加點錢住好一點
