Great stay with the Premier Inn, as always the bed was so comfy, the room was clean and in an excellent location. The one thing that really stood out was the staff. We were welcomed by Chelsea who was so nice and friendly, honestly couldn't do enough, even offered to help me to my room when my hands were full. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and always said hello. Thank you for a fab stay.

Being from "across the pond", I have to say that my stay in Dunfermline was wonderful. I was well situated, could see all I wanted to see, and could cozy in at the end of the day. My honest thanks to the crew, including (drum roll please), Chelsey, Leanne, Ian, Anna, Courtney, Craig, Jack, Dylan, Lewis, Mia, and special guest star Mandy. Elaine and Emily from next door, also my thanks.

Hotel is positioned in such a convenient place with plenty about. Staff were amazing, especially Ian who greeted us when we had arrived and went out of his way to make sure we had everything and we were comfortable during our stay. Hotel isn't far from a Park & Ride so easy to go to Edinburgh.

I cannot thank the staff enough. They are magical! The staff are fantastic and went out of their way to make it special for my wee boys birthday! After dinner we came back to a cake, banners and balloons in the room with a birthday card. It was such an amazing day. Every member of staff wished him a happy birthday when seeing him.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here. Always spotlessly clean and staff are delightful. We were greeted by Chelsey when we checked in who couldn't do enough for us, she was really lovely. The Brewers Fayre next door was very well priced and the breakfasts were lovely. Fantastic location for visiting surrounding areas and plenty to keep entertained if you don't want to travel (bowling with arcade and pub area with pool tables, mini golf, dobbies, Tim hortons etc) Well be back!

After a 5h30 journey it was nice to be greeted by a happy young lady called Chelsey. Very very polite and a person who you could actually have a conversation with and was more interested in asking how my journey was and if I needed anything then all i had to do was ask all whilst being professional and booking me in. She had total attention whilst we were talking and not looking at the computer or wondering what was happening outside ! Very clean warm room that was perfect for my needs, food was excellent and the service and staff was very good.

Had a great stay in this hotel last year and was really looking forward to coming back to spend time with friends I booked and paid £45 in jan for the room and on check in reception said I had an outstanding balance of £19. When I asked why he checked and couldn’t really answer it. When I looked at my booking in the app it said £63 but I had my invoice and receipt for £45 at time of the booking. I queried this again andreception just kept saying “it’s £63, see, it says on the app” I said no, I was quoted and paid £45 at time of booking and was not £63 at all. He was quite abrupt and made me feel pretty embarrassed as other people were waiting to check in. He preceded to check them in so I had to wait for another member of staff (who was much more helpful) who checked the booking and said the booking has been cancelled that morning by their computer system and rebooked which added the extra amount, it was nothing to do with anything I had done. I was then checked in quickly and finally given my room key I was given room 125 which it pretty old a tired. Fixtures are old and lots of little wear and tear issues in the room - def needs updated. As I was visiting friends, I wasn’t in the room long and headed out. Wasn’t until a I came back that night late that I notice the cistern was really noisy and water kept running, ensuring a poor night sleep. Was awake really early with the water running so packed up early and went home I visited this hotel last year for a wedding and had a great time so was so disappointed in my experience this time.
