don’t expect staff to be hospitable They sandwiched Nicole (super sweet) between two very unpleasant staff members, Russell & Joe. Why work at a hotel and be in the hospitality industry if you don’t even own a smile ??!

I wanted a top floor so I could not hear noise above. But ended up with 3rd floor an there was noise. Plus o the side where traffic.
