This isn't my first time staying at their place; I stay here whenever I'm back in Durban. The advantages are: it has a kitchen, a sea view, and excellent security with multiple layers of facial recognition and CCTV. They also have 24-hour front desk service. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The disadvantages are occasional: they have a physical key, so I accidentally lost it once and had to pay for the lock when I left; they don't provide shampoo, which is strange, only shower gel…; sometimes it depends on luck, because it's a residential building, the soundproofing in this room was quite poor.

Everything about the bed/spreadsheet/pillow/ was not to my expectations like what was provided on the website also in my apartment in the bedroom there was so much light at night I couldn’t sleep well

We enjoyed our stay the Staff went out of there way to help us when we needed. We had a small issue that they fix immediately. That's the kind of place you really want to stay. We loved the place. It's safe very safe. Door delivery, nice atmosphere. Take walks take boat ride no need to go to Italy to explore Venice. We have our own. Kids playing riding bikes it's great destination. With best coffee shop 2 and breakfast yummy. You will love it feel safe and enjoy your surrounding. I cant wait to visit again.

Horrible stay.The apartment had no hot water wen we told them .They giving us all different stories..The duvet in the bedroom had blood on it..we took out pics as proof and sent it to them..All they said sorry.The gas braai did not work properly..we already bought meat for a braai..Was a wasted Horrible family stay..people need to wise wen checking at unit 404 point waterfront durban

Units were disappointing, single beds are small and uncomfortable. Units need a furniture overhaul. Toilet was broken and kitchen tap also
