This was the second room I booked. The first booking was a duplicate and they refused to refund it, they were really inflexible! Very disappointed!!! Thanks to Trip.com for compensating me for some of the loss.

The location is quite remote and quiet, with no shops or restaurants nearby. You'll need to take a bus to get to the city center. The hotel itself is relatively new, and the facilities are decent overall. I especially appreciate that there's no bizarre shower-bathtub combo.

The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. So we had to listen to the lift all night :( Bathroom is super tiny and no amenities. Not up to the standard for Hilton.

Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor and uncooperative. I requested a cancellation due to the current situation in the Middle East, which is clearly beyond my control, but my request was refused. Unfortunately, the full amount was still charged. I expected more understanding and flexibility under such circumstances.”

The hotel location it’s good for business meetings i recommend it

The location is great, and it's a well-established chain hotel. It has all the amenities you'd expect from its time, so it's a reliable choice for business trips. The front desk even helped me mail a package for free. Thumbs up!

good, check in and check out is smooth, but they don't but a free water in the room for three days and there is no slipper in the room which is not normal in Hilton branches. always these things available in the room.

The room was small. At 3800 a night during the exhibition, they didn't even provide bottled water.
