Great location within easy walking distance from station and historic centre. Good value for money with a varied breakfast choice. Reception helpful with umbrellas to borrow. Safe not working and bath plug to small, but was rectified after we mentioned it. Mattresses a bit tired although they did have a topper to try to help the sagging. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Every month we need to go to our Düsseldorf office, and we always stay at Max Brown. A lovely hotel with great beds en pillows. Normally, I always bring my own pillow, except for when I stay in Max Brown! The staff is always nice and in for a chat!

Nice looking hotel, small but cozy room, close to center and parking. Reception: not really warm and welcoming Breakfast: good, nice staff Cleaning: found a lot of black hairs on towels and in the bath

The sink in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The Tv bracket was also very fragile so was scared to use. The shower room is pretty squashed in as well as the fittings being in an awkward position so water leaks out everywhere. The cleaners also tend to smash around in the morning so was hard to ignore and have any sort of lay in.
Hotel was cute in general and a good location.

I don't feel like the room we booked was the room we stayed on. We booked a medium room 150ft2. But were given a tiny or small room at 119ft 2 or 125.ft2. the rooms we were expected to share between 2 was at best a single room. So for the dishonesty in charging for more and delivering much less I would not recommend

hotel is in the city center but a quiet street, staff is very kind and always available to support your needs, soap products choosen from a good quality, shower heads could be improved but rooms in general are friendly and warm designed

Excellent location close to japanese quarter and city! Nice design , though many things pretty worn out. Friendly staff, fine breakfast! But: you can hear any single word of your neighbours. Longer opening times of the nice bar would be great (currently 11pm).

What a great experience! The locatie of the hotel is super… the service of the staff was impeccable… the rooms were ideal for a short stay en we enjoyed the bar in the lobby. It was cousy and we even played a game of pool… Thanks for everything
