Good servcre

Excellent property, spacious and clean room, location just steps from the center and the metro. Good price for this type of hotel. The only downside was that there were only two towels in the bathroom, too few for two people.

The room is better inside than in the pictures.

We spent just one night. The place was close to everything, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows (which aren't usually that comfortable). We loved it!

Clean and tidy, the room isn't big, but it's very quiet.

I was embarrassed that there was no basic water, and other than that, the facilities and requirements were all neat.

Stayed here for long weekend with friends. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable. We had two twin rooms next to each other. We arrived 11.30 on the Friday and the room wasn’t available so they were able to put the bag in luggage room. They did the same on the Monday as our flight had been delayed going back. Breakfast was mix of continental , English cooked. Food was good for buffet self service. Breakfast room was contained within the hotel. Breakfast room busy on a Sunday with most people checking out. Other than that it was reasonable. Queue for coffee machine was about 8 person long on a Sunday. Bar was comfortable area and reasonably priced beer for a hotel with good selection of beers. Hotel location was good and only 40 mins walk from most sites. It was only about 3 mins walk to the trams and buses. We were able to get to main stations to go further afield such as Monchengladbach. Hotel on about 15 mins taxi ride from airport.

It was a very nice trip, our hotel was great, everything was perfect, we went to various restaurants in the city, drank beer in the pubs by the Rhine, walked in the village, wandered around the shadows, entered the karstad, went up to the tower, walked around the wild park, it was good.

We returned to the Premier Inn City Center, always chosen because it's close to our son's house, from August 3rd to 10th. We liked it even more, with no problems this time. Room 317 was quiet (there was some construction work on a nearby building, but that's not the hotel's fault). Clean and convenient for public transportation. Excellent value, and they're always friendly. I recommend a visit to the Wildpark. Thank you so much.
