I've encountered hotels that skip daily room cleaning in the name of 'saving the planet' before. For instance, this hotel only cleans after two nights. However, this is the first time I've experienced a front desk staff member flat-out refusing a cleaning request. This refusal feels completely baseless, as guests only see the 'no daily cleaning' sign once they've already checked into their room. There was absolutely no heads-up during booking that an earlier cleaning request would be denied. This hotel also seems to have other management problems. It was quite amusing to hear from the 'duty employee' at the front desk that the general manager works from home because he's also in charge of other hotels in Germany and Austria. Oh, and this 'duty employee' was also wearing someone else's name tag.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel by train. Check-in and check-out can be done quickly and conveniently at the self-service machines at the front desk. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is plentiful.

This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my Europe trip. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy.

Great value for money, the price is affordable. However, breakfast can be a struggle; it gets very crowded and it's hard to find a seat. That's something to be aware of. Everything else is okay, and the service attitude is just average.

This is a great hotel with new facilities, perfect for exhibitions and tourism. It's definitely worth choosing, especially given its excellent location close to both the train station and the exhibition hall. The hotel also has a cafe, ideal for chatting with friends or business associates.
