This is the worst hotel under Hyatt group... couple inserts on the wall and around the bed...horrible experience. I am wonder how Hyatt group can fulfill client expectations.

The room I booked with Ctrip included breakfast, but when I got there for breakfast, they said there was no breakfast. I contacted Ctrip, but they couldn't help me...
