Great choice, comfort and clean

I was lucky to be able to book with this hotel chain when other hotels at reasonable prices were fully booked. The design and decoration of the modern express hotel is very new, with comprehensive functions. It is very suitable for business trips and accommodation. The location is good. The surrounding Italian restaurants and German restaurants have pure taste. The free garage with smooth access is very comfortable.

房間不大，比較乾淨，但是歐洲的服務態度都比較一般，價格對於這個酒店來説有點貴了，不過在展會期間也能理解。

well-located B&B not far from the airport and train station. Reasonably priced for the area. The rooms are rather small but good enough if you are planning to spend here 1-2 nights. Also not far from the main shopping area of Dusseldorf with an Uber only costing 5-6 euros to get there.

I chose this facility because the hotel I normally use was unavailable. The evaluation I draw from it is not overall positive. As soon as I arrived I noticed an annoying dirty smell in the room, even though it was apparently clean. It was enough to open the air split cover to understand the reason: it was literally filthy. Never seen something like this: the two filters had such a layered layer of dirt that it was clear that they had never been washed for years, nor sanitized to prevent very dangerous colonies of legionella. In fact, I also noticed the same lack of attention to cleanliness at the entrance. The structure is quite new and it is truly a shame that such an important detail as cleaning and above all sanitization is neglected in this way. Luckily the stay was only for one night.

I have been to several hotels in the chain, the standard is always the same, a good compromise between quality and price, without too many pretensions. Let's say that the difference is made by the attention that those who manage the structure put into it. Here, unfortunately, I seem to have missed her a lot... one of the two pillows on the bed was obviously stained with blood on the pillow, not on the pillowcase, I noticed it by chance. And I'm not talking about one small spot, but several clearly visible spots. It is therefore impossible not to have noticed when the change was made, the pillowcase will also have been stained... It is not acceptable to leave a pillow like this, whatever the hotel's budget! I also found the staff at the reception unfriendly (a smile and a little kindness towards the customer would cost nothing). There are many hotels in the surrounding area, so I recommend opting for something else if you can.

The hotel is very clean, and breakfast has a good selection of fresh, high-quality regional food. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The car is very dry and safe in the hotel's underground car park. There are elevators. The hotel is in a great location - the subway and S-Bahn and the city center/old town are within easy walking distance. We would love to come back.
