The view from the room was completely different from what was shown on the booking site. I couldn't accept that this was still considered the same 'Premier Ocean View'. I knew the location wasn't great, so I had to make do. For meals, I relied on GrabFood. There's a bus to the airport, but it's hard to use since check-out is by 11 AM and the first bus is at 12 PM. While there's a kids' pool and a kids' club, offering plenty for a hotel stay, I didn't feel it was worth the price.

The stay was amazing in every way! New World Hoiana Beach Resort is a beautiful property with lots of amenities and entertainment to choose from. The service was top-notch, the team even put a birthday cake in our room on my birthday! We got a lovely Deluxe room on the 13th floor, overlooking the nearby countryside and the ocean. Breakfast was amazing, with great service and a super wide selection of food options. I also recommend using the complimentary shuttle to get to Hoi An and Da Nang.
