This hotel is in very poor condition, with noticeable signs of neglect and a lack of cleanliness throughout the property. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming which made te overall experience less pleasant. The parking is extremely tight and overpriced. Water at the swimmingpoll was cal. I wolud not recommended staying here. There are much better options in the area that offer more value for the same or even lower prices.

The hotel room and the breakfast was fabulous! But in the evening, we took the decision to try the specialty restaurant. Initially we were very excited but after few times that the waiter, very smart and focused on sales, came and told us that he has only 400 grame of the antricot that we intend to order….. we accepted. The menu that we got was horrible and rubber…. By the end, 2 persons we paid for 2 steaks and a bottle of a local wine, 180 Euro….. unbelievable the way they try to profit from the foreigners…. We were very disappointed. We will never recommend the specialty restaurant from this resort. Is a shame for this resort that they are trying their best to have customer service and satisfaction. But this restaurant is a shame for them.

The place is ok if You get a number not into the street, average service, rooms so so, and the restaurant is off-topic- they describe themselves as a "premium" restaurant, but offers tasteless carbonates at mass 0.5 kg. Brrrr.... Quantity, not quality.

Let's start with the fact that the last time we were at the Polish seaside was over twenty years ago. This year, at the suggestion of my wife, we decided to visit the Havet hotel. To be honest, what we found there exceeded our wildest expectations. A wonderful hotel with a private beach, beach bar and spa area. The rooms are clean, well-kept, with air conditioning, a safe and a minibar replenished daily. The service is performed by fully qualified staff. The attitude of managers Patryk and Przemek deserves special mention here. These gentlemen know their job. Full professionalism with attention to detail, even the smallest detail. Moreover, they are very nice people, with a never-fading smile on their faces, including the owner of the boutique located in the hotel, Mrs. Ania, who provides help and professional advice not only in terms of styling selection. The food in the main restaurant is delicious. A large variety of dishes and wonderful taste. Plus freshly squeezed juices. Noteworthy is the hotel's Magia Lubczyku restaurant, which offers delicious Polish and other cuisine dishes, prepared from products of local suppliers. Havet is a well-deserved five stars. Quality of services at the highest level. We will definitely come back here again.

Obsługa na wysokim i najmilszym poziomie w każdym miejscu, i w każdym zakątku hotelu. Wybitna, zasługująca na pochwały, obsługa room service - niestety, było małe nieszczęście w samopoczuciu / zdrowiu, i room service uratował pobyt. Doskonałe w smaku propozycje kulinarne w restauracji “Magii Lubczyku” zachwycają. Lokalizacja przy plaży i hotelowa restauracja na tej plaży, to kolejne znakomite atuty hotelu (rybka czy lody, i inne znakomite dania na plaży smakują najlepiej). Wyróżniająca się lokalizacja HAVET, to też znakomite ścieżki rowerowe wzdłuż plaży w kierunku Pogorzelicy - imponujące, jeśli szuka się ciszy, zapachu morza i lasu; urzekające leśne i utwardzone trasy. Hotel jest zlokalizowany przy dzwirzyńskiej wydmie - jest to jedna z wielu atrakcji rowerowego Pomorza Zachodniego. Duży parking samochodowy pozwala znaleźć miejsce z przynależnym numerem dla samochodu. W kwestii pokoju, był duży i wygodny, czysty i zadbany, z balkonem i z widokiem na las, ale tu akurat bez uwag się nie obejdzie; otóż pokój 117 miał fatalnie obsadzoną ościeżnice (futrynę) i wyrwy w drzwiach. Po zamknięciu drzwi ruszała się cała ościeżnica z drzwiami, a przez ten brak szczelności połączenia ościeżnicy z konstrukcją, to wszelkie hałasy z korytarza (nie było ich dużo) słychać było, jakby były otwarte drzwi. :( Wydaje mi się, że dotyczyło to tylko mojego pokoju. Rower typu ebike można trzymać w pokoju, a winda mieści rower bez problemu.

Od kilku lat jeżdżę do tego hotelu z uwagi na piękne położenie, niestety jedzenie z roku na rok gorsze. Duży plus, który zrekompensował widoczne cięcia finansowe jest pani Ola, która swoją energia naturalnymi kamieniami oraz numerologia uratowała mój pobyt i spowodowała ze chce się wracać do tego miejsca. Obowiązkowy punkt w Hotelu. Polecam !

Oh weh, ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Dorf, Geschäfte bestehen aus Stände mit billigen Chinaware, hier und da waren ein zwei nette Kaffees, Rest wirkt wie Imbissbuden. Strand ist ganz nett. Leider ist das Hotel von Personal und Ambiente keine 5*. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr reserviert und recht wortkark, da möchte man rückwärts wieder raus. Allgemein existiert an der Rezeption kein " Guten Morgen, Tag, Abend, Hallo oder Tschüss ". Das Zimmer war recht klein- was kein Problem ist, wenn nicht am Bettende ein Tisch mit einem TV und Stuhl hingestellt wird und direkt gegenüber eine Couch, wir hatten dazwischen grade mal so Bewegungsraum. Das Mobiliar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Bett, Teppich und Couch benötigen dringend eine Tiefenreinigung. Balkontür ist tricky zum öffnen, eine Erläuterung auf Deutsch oder Englisch wäre super. Das Bad war groß, die verkalkte Duschkabine war komplett verschleißt, der Duschlauch war lose- das Wasser spritze aus allen Seiten, verschimmelte und lose Leisten an der Kabine waren ekelhaft. Frühstück - und Abendbuffet ist ausreichend vorhanden, wird auch schnell nachgefüllt, aber irgendwie geschmacklich fad. Das Personal war hier freundlich ein paar konnten sogar lächeln. Fazit: für 5* ist noch Luft nach oben, ist ehr Kategorie 3*
