GreenTree Suites Eagle / Vail Valley

Room 134 for one night was clean but was lacking in other areas. It should have had a lounge chair or couch. There was no shampoo or body lotion in showers, and only enough conditioner for one shower. There was no ice bucket in room. Breakfast had sausage and potatoes but no eggs (maybe ran out)?

There were bed bugs. They did move us to another room quickly but not the point.

Very limited breakfast options. The picture shows a waffle iron but it was not there. The juice machine didn't work. There was a dog barking for most of the night and the room was not insulated well. The room was clean, but outdated. The website pictures looked much better than the actual room.

There was a problem with the toilet in our room, we were moved to a different room and everything was ok until the next morning when a member of management came to our room at 9am pretty much demanding we leave the room, we told her we will be leaving at 11 as it was stated in our reservation, she asked if will be staying another night, to what I said we will be leaving at 11. Such rude people should not be in customer service. Other than that, the room was very clean.

The hotel was pet friendly, but the guests next door had a party and played loud music from 6 p.m. until 12 am - at which point I asked the front desk to intervene. They guests next door lowered their music and talking, but not by much. The liquid soap containers also had broken heads, and there was no caffeinated coffee available in the room.

The continental breakfast was pretty sad, the juice machine was broken for our whole stay (4 days)

I checked into one room and the carpet was wet and smelled of dog, urine and carpet shampoo, they checked me into another room which also smelled like dog, urine and carpet shampoo, and they left the window open

Breakfast was pretty pitiful: no drinks (juice,coffee, water); good very very limited, basically cold cereal or a waffle Noisy at night and not a lot of sound insulation from room to room. Had a ton of partying folks on the hallways and they were super noisy… not exactly the hotels fault but when it went on for hours in the middle of the night, I’d hope there would be more oversight from staff

This is BY FAR the best extended stay i have stayed at. The staff is wonderful. The GM runs a great establishment.
