Felt very privileged to be upgraded to the penthouse. Spacious, clean, well equipped with a great view!

Decent rooms and amenities in a great spot.

The location is perfect. 6 mins drive from Ballina town center in a quiet side street on a hill overlooking Shelly beach. We were in 301, and felt misled by the minimal ocean view blocked by trees and houses in front. The third floor is more like a 1st floor as the building is lower set than the street. The underground parking is nice and apartment was clean and modern. Let down by a dishwasher that did not work (staff was able to get it working once) and pans in terrible unusable condition. No coffee pod machine. No soap dispenser in bathroom just a 10 ml bottle and 1" hand soap to last 3 night stay. Would've expected better for close to 600 a night. Clearly individual apartments and facilities vary. The location was the only saving grace.

Great place to stay The apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved: 1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance. 2) we found three live cockroaches during our stay. Perhaps some pest control would help. Other than that, the place was perfect.

the location is great, the managers and staff are very friendly and helpful. The 3 bedroom apartment we had was well equipped with a full kitchen, all being foodies and a chef we had many family meals together, cooked on a weber on our balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Ballina has some lovely finds, the lake and park just minutes away, the tea tree lake and very peaceful. We would come back for sure.

Spacious and secure apartment, close to Shelley Beach cafe.

Fastidiously clean complex everywhere. We stayed 5 nights in an air-conditioned ocean view 2 Bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. Also had River view at rear. A dedicated car park in secure underground car park. Reassuring with current spate of electrical storms. There was generous overflow parking on the street. Elevators. Lots of visible, hard working and pleasant Staff. Receptionist was thorough and pleasant. Spacious apartment had 2 large bathrooms and private balcony with fantastic ocean view to Shelly Beach. Huge open kitchen, dining, lounge area. All meticulous and user friendly. Large frig. Very quiet and lovely residential area near beaches and not in CBD which we liked but it was close to downtown for groceries and shopping. The RLS Club at Shelly had a coffee Cafe and Italian Restaurant Capiche nearby. Ballina is very beautiful with all the rivers, white sand inlets and ocean access. Lots of free parking. We visited many nearby towns and recommend Maclean particularly. We rode the fantastic Solar Train in Byron Bay and heartily recommend it.
