Hotel is good but the location is not very good. I would recommend this to people who are looking for better price.

If the wind from the Gaziabad dumpyard is blowing towards you, then entering or existing the hotel is a bad bad experience!
Once inside the smell is not an issue. Rest all is good, clean tidy room.
Another issue, outside food not allowed.

Where do I start. Firstly, this should not be designated as a 4-star hotel. It is far from that. If it had called itself a 3-star I would probably be more forgiving for some of the problems I faced. To start off, the AC did not work in my room and it took over an hour and several calls (at one point had to let it ring for about 10 minutes to get an answer) to get someone to come look at the AC and it still didn’t get repaired. The room was 77-78 degrees all night, so I wasn’t able to sleep very well. Also the pillows are among the lowest quality I’ve ever seen at a radisson property. Very underwhelming. Then to make things a bit worse there was no hot water! While the water pressure was good, the lack of hot water is unforgivable in a 4-star property. Also, no toilet paper in the room, no shaving kit, no slippers. The food arrived fairly quickly and tasted ok, but the price was almost double what I was paying at a 5-star recently. I paid over 1,100 INR for chicken wala (no bread or rice) and a soda. Again, very underlweming. WiFi also was hit-or-miss, only worked late late at night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Didn’t get good sleep, couldn’t take a nice shower, and had to deal with a humid room. Not a good experience. Also, notice how filthy the sofa in reception is. That should’ve been my warning.

The breakfast was very good. Hosted nicely by Priyadarshini. We stayed here for official trip, the ambience and service was good. As said morning breakfast has variety and taste is also good. Especially juices variety Excellent place to stay.

What's started with not so good experience at front desk Park Inn turned better to best with hospitality by Priyadarshini and Mayank at dining time. Had two meals with them which worth appreciation. To my surprise the hotel takes advance cash from the guests even after fully paid online advance booking. Clearly shows the face of distrust and the type of guests the hotel may be attracting. Visitors will have to risk parking outside the hotel as parking is not allowed inside. Never the less, rest services at Hotel specially at room and dining area impressed me.

Awesome experience at hotel park inn by Radisson feeling was great with family ,The Manager of this place Mr Ahmed is very prompt and cooperative,as well Binoy and Priyadarshani took care of us very well my kids enjoyed a lot ,love to visit this place again over all great experience here nice service and great food .
