We were very surprised that the hotel charged us for sugar syrup when we order ice cappuccino which was not sweet and charged us for ice when the fruit juice we drank was not cold. The hotel food was horrid and cold.

Well during we are stay the staff is very helpful and the place of the hotel is very convenient and strategic the room so clean and wanna comeback to stay again into this hotel and highly recommended

The hotel is close to Halim airport and clean enough

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night only. The room is small, and its really for a traveller only. The room is old, the furniture is old, and the wardrobe have a very bad odour. Wifi and AC work well, however the room floor is not too clean. The room need renovation. The breakfast food is so so. Nothing special. This hotel is good only for one night stay. Nothing else
