Terrible experience. We were completely catfished by the online listing. The room looked nothing like the photos. It was barely clean, and the bathroom smelled strongly of drains and appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
A good night’s sleep was impossible—only one pillow each was provided, and loud music was blaring from reception at 6am on New Year’s Day.
The pool was filthy and full of leaves, and the gym was practically non-existent, with just one treadmill and nothing else. Overall, a complete catfish and extremely disappointing stay.

Great staff, good location only 5-10 minute walk or tram ride to the CBD. Went for a performance at Rod Laver only 10 minute walk to there. Great views Will definitely go back if going to Melbourne again.

Pretty good hotel for the price. It’s one stop outside of the free tram zone, but it’s a quick walk across the bridge to town. Front desk staff are super nice, and helped me charge my phone and laptop, because the room does not have any usb plugs, and there were no travel adapters available.

Location near Rod Laver Arena 12 minutes walk, convenient to watch the concert, rooms one living room with kitchen microwave dishes and cutlery, after the concert very late can heat food, the hotel first floor has a water machine. The only downside is that there is no convenience store supermarket/restaurant near the hotel, except the hotel has breakfast served until 10am and Arena has a restaurant. We needed to take a 7 minute Uber ride to IGA Local Grocer Flinders Street to buy the necessary items. The hotel's direct round trip to the airport is also very fast about 30 more minutes.

I stayed for just one day and it was ok.
I booked a hotel for a concert, but there were no rooms available because I had an early flight. After checking in and putting down my luggage, I started my journey. When I came back to pick up my luggage after 2 o'clock, I got the key directly.
It’s about a ten-minute walk from the concert venue. The weather is nice and cool, so it’s quite comfortable to walk there.

Don't book this hotel. It looks OK from the outside, but the facilities are old. You have to pay a deposit of $120 to book the room, which is deducted by credit card. Cash is not accepted. Nice stay experience. Went to see a concert. It took about 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the venue. The bed is very comfortable and the hygiene is very good.
