All good excellent apartment great staff price about average

The living room in our suite was a good size, and we got a suite with a huge balcony. However, the facilities were quite old; the dishwasher wasn't working. They told us we could either check out or deal with it, as there were no other rooms available and no compensation. We had booked for a week, and they wanted us to move to a newly renovated floor for the last two days, but the smell was too strong, so we didn't switch. After 7 days, we ended up moving to a different hotel.

Clean neat and tidy but why do they charge so much for parking ??

Everything is good from location, parking except the bed mattress. It need new mattress springs. Carpet has stains. Overall is good

Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. Hope Trip.com will improve on such communication of guest with property.

Location is perfect,close toCBD and near Cat station to city,will stay again

I booked two rooms for 4 people. You can cook. The room is big enough and the view from the balcony is also good.

Lovely apartments close to park near river. Clean appliances. Good WIFI. Nice balcony where we can sit and eat. Staff were very cheerful and helpful. Definitely can recommend it

Raj & the team gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. The studio room, while compact, was very clean with the bathroom / toilet well stocked with appropriate products. Any special requests or queries were met / dealt with in a positive manner. It was a very pleasant stay.

Firstly the deposit for the room is not clearly advertised when you book. Its not until you attend the property they ask. Secondly the night care taker JJ appears to be under the influence of something, we stated that we wouldn't need the extra bed that was made up, he stated don't worry we won't charge you for that, just forget about the bed, he reiterated that to us numerous times. He said instated of the $300 deposit he would accept the $200 deposit and we wouldn't be charged for the extra bed. When checking out the lady at reception decided to charge us for the extra bed and when I explained the night before she stated this was protocol and to take it up with Raj the hotel manager. So I contacted Raj he stated that is not what JJ has said, I said I have witnesses that he did state the extra bed was for free and someone has slept in the spare bed,. I stated nonone has slept in thr main bed, so that room didnt need new sheets, he still would not accept thay what I was saying was what happened the night before and has decided that I will not get my $50 back as part of my deposit. Be advised anything that is on camera is apparently only recording actions but it does not record voices. So if they say it's all on camera you cannot vouch that will protect you. Raj did not want to hear me out as a Customer nor did he believe me, JJ lied to us and to the manager plain and simple. The website is not clear. I would not recommend. Terrible customer service. The manager Raj is dismissive and rude and certainly not what a hotel manager should be, especially in such a customer focused role. JJ does not look, nor act professional and quite happily lies to his manager and to us as customers. Worst hotel experience we've ever had. Don't go there, its a waste of your money. Also not a good look all homeless people sleeping outside the hotel, you dont feel to safe.

Great one bedroom apartments. some are pet friendly. That is why we stay there. Visiting from Bridgetown and stay at least once a month. On the free bus CAT route. Close to the river. Raj and his team are extremely friendly. Love staying here probably 8 times in the past year.

Great experience! Everything was lovely, calm environment, clean and neat rooms. Friendly service.
