Compact room that appeared clean. 3rd party booking states free parking however this is not the case and was charged an additional $15 per night for parking. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was in poor condition. There has been zero maintenance done in this room as swollen skirting, paint peeling and to top it off, I asked for a quiet room when I booked some time ago as am such a light sleeper. They put me beside the services/utilities room that runs the air con and exhaust fans for the restaurant below. I asked to change rooms and was told there was only a family room at an extra $400...but it was on the other side of the utilities room!! The fridge was leaking water and I turned the freezer unit up to stop that and then it froze my fridge items. A VERY expensive stay at a VERY disappointing place. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Cockroaches in room, could do with a pest control

The nice place to stay👍 The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met promptly. The room was spacious and clean.

Good especially when you travel with car. There is secured car park to park your rented car. Room is spacious and good.

Very nice motel with great facilities. Kitchen well equipped. Free laundry and free parking. Room was clean, nice bed and pillow too. For the price, this motel is really a good deal

Was down for medical treatment and had to endure a night filled with extreme bad and very loud language and constant flow of “hourly “ visitors to the rooms and then from 4am even worse . DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES AND ELDERLY

Decent room. However, the aircon vent is spoilt and cannot rotate the airflow. Also does not have lifts. Need to carry heavy luggage up stairs to 2nd floor.

Clean, comfortable, good parking and easy access to Optus Stadium and to the main shopping area in Perth.

A lovely sized double room, clean with all we needed. Friendly reception and easy book in. The location was great for us. A close to the city accommodation without highrise was fantastic.
