Starwest Apartments Alderney on Hay

Stayed at Starwest Alderney on Hay mainly for its excellent location which is right in the CBD and super convenient to get around using the free CAT buses. Everything is within easy reach, which made exploring very hassle free. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, with complete amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The only downsides were the extra charge for parking and the WiFi, which wasn’t very reliable. Overall, a great stay for convenience and comfort.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money. However, the one single bed in apartment 21 was not that comfy. Other than that, the stay was great.

The receptionist is in convenient store gotta checkin there, the listing said parking is included FOC but when when checkin we are charged $15 per night for the parking. Room are quite dated and amenities not the best, the shower head is moldy. During the night there is people screaming outside, drunk? I guess for this price cant ask for too much :/

There is ample parking lots. The gym and the pool offers indoor activities for my family. There are also lots of nearby amenities and places of interest that we enjoyed during our stay.

Love the area, not too busy. Clean, comforable room. Easy check in process. I like that there’s convenience store in the building, making simple groceries easy. Kids enjoyed the heated pool.

Not enough hot water to allow 2 quick showers , and nobody to tell as nil staff/reception and as lady in the check in convenience store has limited English and said she doesn’t know who to tell!!!

Nice and clean, easy access as typical apartment, location wise easy access to free bus. 2 bloks to IGA supermarket

Good location, but nobody is answering the call when you call their number. Hotel is quite old and there's some molds in the shower.
