Comfort Inn & Suites Goodearth Perth

Staff were very friendly and helpful, I really appreciated being able to park for free during my conference the next day. Rooms were tired and kind of smelly with a chemical smell, but the bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was spacious.

We didn't notice when we checked in just after lunch hour. It's when we returned in the early evening and wanted to shower that we realised the whole shower head (including a short thin piping) was missing! Probably the earlier guest dismantled and took it upon checking out. The front desk promptly offered an alternative room which was a family suite (an upgrade). The first was shabby with a mild stench. The subsequent replacement was acceptable. It had two bedrooms (no a/c). We used only one as it's only two of us. Came with kitchenette, crockery, microwave oven. Housekeeping - the chambermaids asked what were required and did not do the usual complete make of the room. Is this a standard in Perth? Overall, not a bad stay (from price point) if one is not very particular. Btw, the washer and the dryer in the laundry room at our level were good. Totally dried our clothes. $4 each wash and per drying.

Nice location, there CAT bus nearby, easy to get to city. Room were tidy and shower very comfy. Except from a little bit old facility, I have no complaints with anything.

Close to CBD, and easy to take neighboring free buses. The building is a little of age. People are nice both in the front desk and service sector. One thing I do not understand is that the genitor knocked my door every morning before 9, just to ensure if I need my room clean.  The food was good at the lobby restaurant. I had salmon dish.
