We had a four night stay in room 5 with a beautiful sea view. Bed very comfortable, it was quiet, there was everything we needed in the room like tea, coffee, milk, toiletries. Breakfast very good choice. Brian was welcoming and helpful, ready with advice on day trips. Would stay again

We stayed in this B&B recently and I found it to be very clean and comfortable. It's just opposite the beach and close to all the amenities. We had our dog with us and the owner was very accommodating and made alternative arrangements so the we could all have breakfast together. A very pleasant stay and a nice breakfast.

Owner was very friendly and welcoming, comfortable clean room with sea views, variety of breakfast and accommodating, plenty to fill you up to start your day, close to beach and pier and short walk to town centre, would recommend.

A Good B&B close to beach & local amenities . Booked 3 Rooms for a wedding party .Clean tidy rooms . lots of hot water, good views , Nice breakfast & friendly Helpfull staff. Parking an issue , but that appears to be the whole of Eastbourne . I would use gain

Stayed here for a weekend with my boyfriend, we had room 5 which is the middle window on the picture. The host was lovely, so friendly. We parked about 6 mins walk away after finding free street parking. Breakfast is amazing. We enjoyed a full English both days. We live about an hour away so know the area and went to the local pool and visited the town for shopping, dinners, lunch and drinks both evenings. Our room was quiet and it was lovely to wake up and see the sea each morning. We were sorry to leave and would definitely revisit

We stayed in the hotel for two nights with our two dogs. The hotel's location is perfect, we could see the sea from our window which is always a massive plus. The room we had was fine, very clean and in line with what you would expect from a 3 star B & B / hotel. The staff were very friendly and were happy with our dogs and their friendliness (and occasional accidents). Breakfast was good, with some variety in what you could have. The only negative was the lack of parking. We were lucky to find a free parking space about three blocks away from the hotel as it has no parking of its own.

Great break! We really enjoyed our stay . Room was great and extremely clean!! Had a sea view and it was walking distance to everything. Owner is great! Very polite, he provided us with great hospitality. Breakfast was delicious and great variety !
