Just what we needed and right next to the train station! The amenities were great with a lively hot public bath. Although small everything was very satisfactory especially for the price in Japan. The breakfast didn’t have many good western options but the food was very nice

This series of hotels has many chain branches in Japan. The room was clean and most importantly the people were there. Breakfast was average but adequate. The most important thing for a business trip is rest. The public hot spring is small but very comfortable.

It was very comfortable. The room was well-cleaned♪ The staff were also nice. The large public bath was large and clean, and I used it both in the evening and in the morning. Breakfast was buffet style, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. There was a Dotour coffee machine next to the front desk on the first floor, and the coffee was delicious. I'd like to use it again.

The rooms were clean, it was close to Ebina Station, there was a large public bath, there was a breakfast buffet, and it was all the convenience you could ask for, but it wasn't too expensive. It was very good.

When I arrived the man at the reception seemed a bit cold, but everything else was good. The large communal bath was great for relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. I'll definitely use it again next time. Thank you.

It was good that it was close to the station. The valuables box for the large bath was outside the entrance. It wasn't crowded and I was able to relax. Breakfast was also delicious.

I have never had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. They are wonderful. It was very helpful to have them look after my trunk. Thank you very much. I use their services several times a year. I look forward to working with you again in the future.

The young staff were very friendly and handled all the small details smoothly. There were a lot of Asian customers, so the front desk seemed to have a hard time dealing with them. It's dark and hard to find at night, but it's easy to find from the station, so it's convenient even on rainy days.

It was close to the station, right in front of LaLaport, and very clean.

I always use Route Inn when I go to my daughter's house in Ebina. I really like that it comes with breakfast. I plan to use it every time from now on.
