房間非常乾淨整潔而且特別安靜，服務態度很好周邊就是商場和7-11，非常方便

若干古さを感じましたが、快適な滞在でした。スタッフは洗練された感じで良かった。しかし駐車場が有料だったのは、ガッカリ。

設施：雖然比較老，但是很乾凈舒適 衞生：交通便利 環境：生活購物便利

都会から近く車移動も便利、また落ち着いた雰囲気で居心地も良くまた利用したいと思った。

On my way back from Fuji Speedway, I had some business to do in Miura City the next morning, so I looked for a place to stay on the way.I had high hopes for the catchphrase "Ebina Breakfast" and made a reservation.The room was compact, but had everything I needed. The bathtub was spacious, and the large mirror over the sink was heat rayed so it didn't fog up.The problem was that we went for breakfast before it opened at 7am, and we were put in without waiting for it to open.First of all, we ate the omelet that we were so proud of, and the two of us held our breath in silence. I ate half of the omelet at once and it turned out to be more than I expected! In addition to the omelet, the vegetables are fresh and flavorful, and the warmed vegetables, dipping sauces, marinated vegetables, and fruits are portioned into small portions, making it easy to eat.However, the most important thing I would like to tell you is the wonderful customer service.Smile The person who showed me around before we opened, the white-haired cook who carefully cooked the omelet, and the young front desk staff who checked out were all smiling.They were genuine smiles from the heart.I was betrayed in a good way. By the way, the man on the phone when I called about my late check-in due to traffic was very nice, and the parking lot staff too... The room was clean and nice.

The location is very convenient, close to Ebina Station, Aeon, ramen shops and various restaurants. Although the hotel is old, the toilets are clean and bath salts are provided.

地點很好，飯店早餐好吃，離飯店不遠的中央公園有很多商店，生活機能完善。車站另一出口有Lala Port百貨大樓。

宿泊施設としては充分な環境＆施設でしたが、駅までの移動に時間がかかった（約１０分）。

First of all, the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. Especially the breakfast was very delicious. The kake rice was especially delicious. The coffee after the meal was also delicious.

Great service staff and excellent breakfast options. About a 12 min walk from the nearest train station but surrounded by eateries and a mall. The gym at the hotel was amazing!

Stayed as a family (2 adults and 1 child). There is no charge for children as they sleep in the same bed. However, since the setting is for two adults, towels, slippers, etc. are of course provided for only two people. When I made the reservation, I was making a reservation for 3 people... so the service was a little disappointing. The building and equipment are showing their age. Regarding cleanliness, the toilet was dirty. The bad thing is that the shower head has 4 different modes to choose from, but the way the shower comes out is a bit strange, perhaps due to age! It's weak, or rather, there's no suitable mode! Breakfast was included, but I felt that the cost reduction was reflected in the food.
