People smoke in there rooms . And make too much noises . My partner was soo uncomfortable on those days we spent in the hotel . Also one of the house cleaners knock to the door next day and asked us to leave and she said you supposed to check out now . But we bought the room for 2 days . But she had no idea about our booking . She been knocking to our door very loud and been rude to my partner . Once we proved to reception they apologised. And tv doesn’t work . No kettle in the room . No drinking water . We are not happy at all .

The room was smelling ****. The receptionist was not polite, it was a bad sign since the start. Asked for a hairdryer because it was broken, they said we will bring it never came. Never go back place, and was shocking that Ramada is letting people to smoke illegal products in their hotels. Ramada had a reputation for public but obviously not for this place.

Didn’t do house keeping It is 2.5km away from the subway station I want to go to, and the journey is 12km... It’s so funny, it’s my problem. The attitude of the staff is very average, and parking is free in the service area. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is convenient
