Yes, the bed was very comfortable. It's just that the alarm clock at check-out was very scary. I thought it was a fire alarm... I was shocked. Everything else is quite good, the surrounding area is relatively remote, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station.

In from previous guest, we had one towel between two of us, not enough tea and coffee etc there was some available in the reception area but as we arrived late and were very tired we had been put in an annexe across the car park and with mobility issues didn’t want to go all the way back to the reception area, complained in the morning and the staff were very unhelpful and gave us a web site address to leave feedback and said we should have complained the night before but it was pouring with rain and we already had to walk across a car park with our cases in the pouring rain and were located in the top floor of the annexe building - would not stay there again unless they had looked into the cleaning process they have in place if any !
