A very convenient hotel (close to Tynecastle and Gorgie City Farm station). The hotel is located within a football stadium and just 10mins away from Haymarket station and 20mins away from Princes Street. The hospitality is great by the staffs and the room has nice room interior with daily housekeeping service.

Everything was great. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, with buses to the city every 5 minutes. You can reach the city in just 15 minutes. The hotel itself is brand new, clean, and spacious inside. The staff were all very kind. If I were to visit again, I would definitely choose this place.

The hotel isn't in a bustling commercial area, so it's quite quiet around here. The room facilities are very new, and we booked a room with a large bay window, so the view is expansive. The hotel also provides complimentary snacks for guests, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was delicious too.

The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. The room overall is great. The toilet is well maintained and with the best coffee and tea, and even snacks! Although main drawbacks are, first, as my room is without windows, a television is replaced by with live stream of outside view, however, it keeps flashing and I have to turn it off. Then, No WiFi for 2 days, which I can only rely on my data, which I think they should provide SIM card or other things that can help access to the internet. And the parking is a bit expensive, 15 gbp per day.

The hotel is very good. The rooms and common places are very spacious, the personnel is extremely friendly, professional, kind and helpful. A bit far from city center (20 mins by bus or 40-50 mins to walk), no gym. The restaurant is very good and food is delicious at average price. Very good equipped. Definitely highly recommended.

The 2 ladies at reception were very helpful and nice. Location is good, bus stop only 2min away and many busses to the town and the main sightseeing places. Nice set up (I think it is all hotel, how come only 1 chair in the room) The bathroom and amenities were nice, shower is powerful, and hot. Only disappointed thing is the TV wasn't Smart also I stayed 3 nights to ask for milk. the first night they forgot. The receptionist lady named "Hope" was great and helpful. She helped to arrange to go see the stadium and the pitch, wish I had more time. A lovely stay, would stay again
