This is the noisiest hotel among the more than 50 hotels I have stayed in this year. When I checked in, I specifically asked the staff to give me a quiet room because I didn't sleep well, and they promised me that they could. I don't know why they arranged the worst room for me. The bedside made a loud noise from around 12 o'clock in the evening until 7:30 the next morning. I couldn't sleep all night!
I don't know how it was rated 5 stars. It's far from 5 stars. The photos and the building I stayed in are not the same at all.

A helpful and friendly waiter at a beautiful hotel made my stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and even had a radio, providing a relaxing ambiance with music and English tea.

Compared with Scott the night before, it doesn't feel like a particularly outstanding five-diamond hotel, but overall it's still good. It feels different to live in a castle. Very quiet, with a good surrounding environment

The room is super beautiful with a retro British feel. The bedding is comfortable and I had a good sleep. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The English breakfast is the best I've ever had. The coffee is also surprisingly good.

There are hotels in ancient buildings nearby. It is very quiet. The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are not big and the decoration is simple but clean. You need to walk up a few steps to reach the room.
