CODE The Loft - Edinburgh

Very clean. I wanted to leave my luggage on arrival and the staff helped me. Location was great. Bed was comfortable.

Located at a very convenient location, barely 10 minutes walk from the train station. Enjoyed my stay. The staffs were very lovely and helpful, ambience is very good, pods were very clean and well maintained.

I had generally a good stay at the Loft. It was clean, the sleeping pod was comfortable, I chose this place over their other location because of the kitchen facilities. The kitchen is really well equipped and the dining room/social area quite spacious. I want to give special shout out to receptionist Sigrid who was super nice and friendly. The downsides were: noise from the outside early in the morning and late at night - it’s the back alley of pubs and restaurants - deliveries, bins, loud people etc. But they provide good ear plugs for free so I slept quite well, providing that I fell asleep before the snore machine next to me. The other annoying thing was poorly fitting bed sheets that I had to constantly fix over the edges. And I think they should keep the kitchen door open whenever possible because it gets hot in there. And whoever is reading this: If you know you’re snoring like a tractor, so loud that even ear plugs don’t cancel that sound out - you shouldn’t maybe be staying in a hostel dorm with other people 🙃

It's easy to find a great location with helpful and friendly staff with a nice touch offering fresh towels with no extra charge clean quiet comfortable can't fault it 10/10. My next business trip I will be stopping here again

The staff are wonderful, and the capsule for the night is comfortable. While the storage isn't huge, everything is thoughtfully designed for backpackers. The location is easy to find, and it's best to travel light since there's no lift. Plus, the cobbled road can be tricky for suitcases, so packing accordingly makes everything easier.

Penthouse for lady is very good, quite and comfortable. Hostel location is perfect, located in the center of dining & shopping areas

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CODE The Loft - Edinburgh. The facility is super-clean, including my pod / bed to sleep, a shower and toilet on the second floor, as well as the kitchen and the common room on the ground floor behind the reception. I stayed in a 6-female dormitory for 1 night, and I found that the room was surprisingly quiet, even though all the beds were fully booked up.

Really enjoyed my stay. Everything is digitalized and it's easy navigate without help. When there is need of help, Sigrid helped so much throughout my stay. Highly recommend
