A top-notch, comfortable stay! The room was exceptionally clean, and all the facilities were comprehensive. The breakfast was the best I've had in any UK hotel. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. I ate well, slept well, and highly recommend it!

Lovely hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful, room’s very clean. The hotel location is within walking distance to the Arthur’s Seat, though it’s a bit far from the city centre, you can easily catch a bus or call uber easily to go to the city centre.

The hotel is newly renovated, but still has a slight smell of new furnishings. It's located on campus, so it's very quiet with a strong academic atmosphere. The bus stop right outside is super convenient. There's also a beautifully decorated restaurant downstairs.

Beautiful hotel spacious rooms great reception great breakfast. The only problem is you would need about 30 minutes to the city center or take a bus that comes frequently. If you don’t mind a little bit of walking or taking public transit, you can’t beat this deal.

The room was super spacious, and the heater kept it really warm. If you're up for a walk, you can easily explore all of Edinburgh on foot from here, and there's a bus stop right outside. The toiletries smelled amazing! Full marks, highly recommend!
