The room was great! It's been a long time since I've experienced such strong water pressure in a shower. After getting wind-battered in Edinburgh, coming back to the hotel for a powerful hot shower was so comfortable and stress-relieving. The service was also excellent; the luggage we stored in the morning was already placed in our room before we checked in that afternoon. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk from the hotel to the train station, and you have to carry your luggage down 104 steps 🤣🤣🤣

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We had a wonderful stay at Ten Hill Place Hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Edinburgh. The location is excellent—situated in a quiet area while still being within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, the University of Edinburgh, and many great restaurants and cafés. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The room was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Everything was well maintained, and the room had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and everyone was happy to help with any questions we had. Overall, Ten Hill Place Hotel offers excellent value for money, combining a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

New and clean hotel, just that its recommended to take taxi from train station to the hotel, its very tiring to walk up steep hill.

Right next to the University of Edinburgh's Old College, the location is super convenient! You can walk to the National Museum, Princes Street, the Castle, the Art Gallery, and Calton Hill. We were given a top-floor room, which was like an attic. Overall, it was clean, but there were some small moths – we stayed for three days and swatted about seven or eight of them.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the central station and the Airport Express, and it's very close to the University of Edinburgh. I'd say it's the best hotel I've stayed in at this price point across the 20+ European countries I've visited. So, even though Edinburgh was enjoying bright sunshine, I still spent a good amount of time relaxing in my room.
