The room is suitable for families. Everything else was pretty good. First, it's a bit far from the city center; the bus takes more than 30 minutes, closer to 40 minutes. Second, dragging luggage up the stairs from the second to the third floor is really inconvenient, especially with no ramp. Aside from that, everything else was good. The room was spacious enough, clean, and the breakfast was great. There was plenty of parking, and it's close to both the bus stop and a small shopping mall, which is very convenient. It's a good choice if you're driving, but if you're traveling independently, it's a bit too far.

We had a good stay here for three nights. Quiet and peaceful suite. Location is a bit far from city centre like half hour but there's a regular 26 number bus. Good staff and well cleaned. Few things that side table lamps are not working and Tv isn't smart to watch netflix.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Edinburgh and is easy to find, with convenient parking. The hotel facilities are decent overall, and there is even a swimming pool that guests can use for free. However, the room was quite small and some of the facilities felt outdated. The hot water system in our room was not working properly, and there was also a very unpleasant smell in the room, which really affected our stay. I understand that we stayed during a busy peak period, but at around £210 per night, I still don’t think it offered good value for money. Overall, the experience simply didn’t live up to the price.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was adequate. The front desk staff were very warm and patient. It's also close to the airport, about a ten to fifteen-minute drive. However, getting a taxi here takes a bit longer compared to other areas, so remember to book a few minutes in advance if you need one.

The staff are friendly, but the room itself wasn’t vacuumed our entire stay. The towels were changed but the bedding wasn’t, just the bed made. I thought more attention could have been made to clean the room. The facilities / Gym Pool are quite old and outdated and need upgrading, but the Sauna and steam room seem new. Overall, for the price I expected a bit more but the staff are friendly and free parking is a positive.
