Outstanding hotel. Never been to this establishments of Virgin group hotel. Design is so vibe. Retro, modern, clean and has the most amazing bed!

The hotel was located at the most perfect spot right at the start of Victoria Street, Edinburgh. The facilities were top notch and staff were super friendly and professional. Our Scotland trip was a treat from start to finish because of this hotel! Just simply amazing! ❤️

The room was well-equipped, clean, and cozy despite its small size. The mini-bar offered a wide selection of soft drinks. Water, coffee, and tea bags were complimentary. The hotel was decorated primarily in red tones, and several of the interior scenes were beautifully designed and photogenic. Located near Victoria Street, it offered convenient access to various destinations, including the nearby Citywalk for street photography.

This hotel is very satisfying. Its location is excellent, and every attraction is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and polite, greeting you as you enter and exit. The Chinese lady from Tianjin in the restaurant was particularly nice. We were so grateful for her help. I thought breakfast was included in my booking, but when I got there, I realized it wasn't. She helped us buy it and suggested we order different dishes each day, allowing us to sample a variety of the restaurant's cuisine. I'm truly grateful to her. I love this hotel and will stay here again next time.

This hotel is fantastic! Located in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, it's within easy walking distance of everything. The Old and New Elephant Café, just outside the door, is a must-see for Harry Potter fans. There's also a Chinese restaurant, which will delight those with Chinese tastes. The hotel has a vibrant design, with a retro mid-century red accent that brightens up the gloomy Edinburgh. The red King of Hearts design on the room card is also eye-catching. I asked about it when I checked out, and they even gave me one as a souvenir. I was surprised to learn that the hotel even replaces the shower heads for guests—a first for me. The complimentary glass bottles of water each day are another thoughtful touch.
