Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Edirne

I've never seen such a dirty hotel. From the reception desk and sliding doors to the room itself. It felt like there was only one cleaning lady, and she was on vacation for the entire three days of my stay. Dirt on the carpets, dust, mold in the bathroom, a dirty toilet brush, and a stained mattress. The reception staff couldn't even wipe their own counter; there were greasy palms all over the glass and more. When I asked for a toothbrush, it turned out the hotel didn't offer it. We often stay at Ramada hotels, and I've never seen such treatment anywhere else. The manager apparently fled the hotel, taking the rags with him.

Dilapidated, not cost-effective, rural area! No supporting facilities!

This hotel doesn't live up to the Ramada name at all. First of all, the location is terrible, the cleaning seems neglected, the shower heads are stained and very old, they need a makeover, there was only one staff member all day, it's not even clear if there's security, and the breakfast is just average, nothing to complain about. Don't go there just because it's a branded hotel, it'll be a waste of your money.

Despite being a Ramada hotel, the staff were incredibly indifferent. The cleanliness was terrible; there wasn't even a single towel in the room, and despite our requests, they brought it with extremely grumpy faces. There weren't even french fries at breakfast. Absolutely mediocre and disappointing.

One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. You can hear everything from the neighbors. Cobwebs on the ceiling. No shampoo, hand soap, or towels. Breakfast was bad. The bread was at least 4 days old. Yuck.

The hotel service was good, however, breakfast could be better.

Very many disappointments, nothing was good. Despite my booking, payment and confirmation, I still had to pay again to be able to rest after a long journey. They are not cooperative. Had a very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend it. A big disappointment. Traumatic for our entire family, very unfortunate :(

Hele mooie hotel. Super locatie. Kamer was heel ruim netjes.
