We came from Singapore and their service was excellent. The front desk was so accommodating, that they allowed us to check-in early without extra charge (unlike the other hotel chain). They also allowed us to check-out late without any questions. We stayed for 6 nights. The room was great for a family of 6. They had cooking station (only eggs), which was great and cooked the way we wanted it. It was also very close to Walmart and few eateries, within walking distance. The only disappointment was the gym, which was under maintenance. We made good by walking to Walmart few times a day, in the cold :). I would recommend this place.

Pool/hot tub closed. Staff reported it had been closed for months. Staff stated ******* lists this however it is not easy to find. When booking it states you can choose tub or shower. This is not the case in this hotel. Tv does not allow external devices to connect such as fire stick or laptop mirroring. Limited to poor cable selection. Hotel room noisy due to road noise, however to be expected considering location.

Very convenient west end location. Staff were very courteous and helpful but their system was quite slow and check in was inordinately slow. Rooms at the front have a lot of road noise, we were move to a quieter room facing the rear of the building for the following 2 nights which was much better. The full breakfast included was lovely! They also provided a nice wine hour with cheese on our first night but they only offer that Monday to Thursday. Overall a good value for the money.

Everything good, but swimming pool was closed 😕

Website says enjoy pool. Pool was out of action this was the only reason we stayed there very disappointed was not informed until we arrived. Not happy
