The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by hotels and shopping malls, with Walmart right behind it, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel offers both ground-level and underground parking, making parking convenient, especially in winter. The hotel service was excellent. Upon arrival, we were given a breakfast coupon. Breakfast options included eggs Benedict and an English breakfast, which were delicious and filling. The room was well-equipped and very user-friendly. It came with a microwave and refrigerator, and the cleanliness was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

The house facilities are old, but the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly

The room is adequate, fully equipped, and clean. However, it is close to the road and there is the sound of passing vehicles at night.

I booked a room for 2 days. On the first day I checked in, I found that the door lock was broken (I could close the door but couldn't lock it). Since it was too late, I didn't ask for a room change that night. I informed the front desk staff the next day and asked for a room change, but the result was... After we came back from the tour, we found that the faucet in the room we changed was not flowing. We asked to change rooms again that night. The conditioner bottle in the third room was empty and was not replenished in time. I was really speechless and will not book again.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. The pool water was too cold. The spa water was warm, but a little hot for a child to enter.

Affordable price, close to business district, and underground garage which is safer

The room facilities are relatively old, and the price/performance ratio is not high.
