Everything was spotlessly clean, and every staff member we had contact with was friendly, consderate, informative, and helpfull. I was disappointed that there wasn't a spa, and we didn’t use the pool or hot tub. A floor plan that showed where the pool was would have been helpfulbut the staff was helpful in giving directions

The room temp could not be controlled. To turn on the heat the cold air fan was always on. Just had to turn it off all together. Pillows were very lumpy, not comfortable.

Frist they charged me twice Only had one room Git charged over 900 then they cgared me again the next day for 900

Staff is always amazing!! Just a great place to stay. The only downside is I wish they would offer a better selection of white wine. I don't care for the one they have at Taps or the bar.

Long lines at check in as it was an event night at the resort. Would benefit from a pre registration option. Only stayed here out of convenience as it has the event hall on site. Definitely end up paying more than it’s worth for the room. Comfortable beds. Nice staff
