The hotel is in the best location in the city. It has a modern design, the staff are professional and approachable, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also better than expected, offering a great start to the day.

The location is incredible, right opposite esterhazy castle. There where not a lot of guests so bkfst buffet was not very great on different things. Bkfst price is 29 euros pP The broom had missed out underneath our table this morning. Disappointing. Even though the hotel opened about a year ago, there was a little wooden bench with some loose hanging rods at the backrest.

The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The people in the service were very nice and always courteous. All in all, we look forward to coming back.
