I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Egypt, bar none. Every detail of the hotel is an industry benchmark. When traveling to the Middle East in the future, Adress is my first choice. The staff here are well trained and the service is very good. I had dinner at the restaurant twice, and the tomato soup and dessert left a good impression on me. The sunset in the lobby is beautiful. After leaving the hotel, you can go to the Mediterranean beach, which is a fifteen-minute walk. The breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties, it is more exquisite. Overall very satisfied. The hotel has a parking lot.

The staff was so friendly and kind The food quality was excellent The room and facilities were luxurious and so clean. Reciptionists specially Hadeer and Mahmoud and restaurants workers were very helpful. There are system for everything Everybody is professional.

Everything was perfect. All the stuff are so friendly and helpful. Room was so neat and clean, food was so delicious. Even weather was so good. I wish to come again soon. I recommend it so much for anyone needs to relax. Thank you so much for everyone there.

The best hospitality ever, rooms, food, beds, cleanliness, everything was more than perfect, the pool and spa are also so amazing..Radwa at the front desk and Khalifa are the best hosts ever, definitely coming back again! Highly recommend

Actually it was one of the best experiences I’ve tried me and family I would like to thank the address marasi golf resort at general and the staff whom provided an excellent experience at specific and special Ms. Radwa, Mr.Adam, Mr.David, Mr.Tariq, Mr. Refaat, Mr. Omar, Mr.Sualim and, Chef.Mustafa. Thanks to make a new concept of Hospitality at all.

Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc!
Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable.
Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely!
Furniture and food quality are outstanding too.
In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi

I went to have dinner in the open buffet restaurant…All is perfect..i am not exaggerating but Never felt such hospitality / welcoming anywhere else in my country Egypt …Hotel staff very well trained… Food quality and variety was excellent..Outstanding experience 👏👏👏

Environment and atmosphere were so nice .. classy massage … privacy was good,,, nice customer service mentality, therapist was so good and most incredible person was the at the registration .. Ms. Shaima , thanks a lot for being nice … ………..
